What's new in iPhone 15 Pro is the use of USB Type C instead of the Lightning connector used in iPhone 14. The data transfer rate over the wire has increased to 10 Gbit/s. To achieve such data transfer speeds, the user will have to buy a cable that supports USB 3.0. The cable in the box is an outdated USB 2.0 cable. The iPhone A3104 runs iOS 17 and is powered by a 3274mAh non-removable battery. The iPhone 15 Pro supports fast charging capable with 20W.

The iPhone 15 features 48 MP rear cameras – wide, 12 MP ultra-wide cameras and 12MP Telephoto rear cameras. Apple still uses sensor-shift image stabilization in their main wide-angle camera. The iPhone 15 is also equipped with a 12 MP front camera and IR Camera with Dot Projector. The front camera on the iPhone 15 has built-in autofocus. In the iPhone 15 Pro, the ToF Sensor was located inside the IR Camera/Dot Projector Subsystem, which is different from the iPhone 14 Pro, where the ToF Sensor was located on Sensor Flex.

The iPhone 15 Pro is one of the newest devices from Apple’s iPhone line-up. The iPhone 15 Pro is based on the new A17 Bionic Chip with hexa-core applications processor. Compared to the iPhone 14 Pro, the display remained unchanged.

The use of a USB Type C connector instead of a Lightning connector is new in the iPhone 15. The device supports USB 3.2 Gen 2. It supports wired data transfer of up to 10 Gb/s with a USB 3 cable (not included).
