There are two new chips manufactured by USI used in the design –WiFi6E/Bluetooth 5.3 Module and U2 UWB Module with 7nm process node die provided by TSMC. There are 15 RF Tuners in the RF design of the iPhone 15 A3089, all of them are the same as those found previously in the iPhone15 A3090 and A3092 models analysis. The iPhone 15 A3089 was equipped with 15 antennas. There are three antennas, which have the highest count of RF tuners connected. These are: GPS Antenna, Main 1/MSS 1 Antenna, and Rx Diversity 1 Antenna. Each of these antennas has three RF tuners connected.

The Apple iPhone 15 A3089 is the lowest model of the new line of Apple flagship smartphones, designed for use in Canada, Guam, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Virgin Islands region. The analyzed model features a 48 MP wide-angle camera, previously only available in Pro versions of the iPhone, paired with a 12 MP ultra-wide angle and a 12 MP telephoto camera. The Lightning port was replaced with a USB Type-C connector. The device supports USB 2.0 standard, with transfer speeds limited to 480 Mb/s. The RF design is like other iPhone 15 models A2846, A3090, and A3092, featuring one new HB and MB Front-End Module Broadcom #AFEM-8233. The Apple iPhone 15 A3089 cellular phone/handset has a total cost of $234.62 and is $32.08 more expensive than average cellular phone/handset costs.
