Semiconductor sales jumped 11% last week and were up 17% from this time last year. Zooming in on DRAM IC, the 13-week MA moved to 31% YoY growth last week. TechInsights forecasts DRAM IC sales will result with a 38% YoY decline to $52 billion in 2023.
Retail prices of electronics continue to eke out a gain.
