The HTC Vive Elite XR is HTC’s latest VR Headset which doesn’t require a base station. This model features five cameras instead of six as in the HTC Vive Cosmos. The cameras feature modules with sensors in the headset and controllers help the user navigate the VR world. When the user goes past the defined zone limit, the device immediately changes from VR mode to AR mode. The next difference is Depth Sensor which is the VCSEL Diode to recognize depth of environment.
