Several manufacturers share design Wins for the Google Pixel Station GMD6J. The main microcontroller came from the Amlogic, this is quad-core Cortex-A53. For this device, Micron supplied 512 MB DDR4 SDRAM and 128 MB SLC NAND Flash. Texas Instruments provided the Audio Power Amplifier. The docking station with speaker is color matched to the tablet and fabric covered. The Pixel tablet attaches to the speaker dock using magnets and uses pogo pins on the back to communicate with it. Sound streaming to and from the dock and tablet is seamless, the tablet doesn't pause or require confirmation, it simply transfers audio. When Pixel tablet is placed on the dock, it can send sound from a phone and play it on the speaker. Unfortunately, it can't play audio to the dock when the tablet isn't on it.
