The Google Pixel Fold features a relatively unorthodox design with two separate pieces serving as endcaps of the hinge cover. The more typical design, such as that in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, Huawei Mate X3, or other foldables, is where the mechanical elements are present along most of the length of the hinge. In the Google Pixel Fold the smaller and simpler assemblies are only connected with each other with two stamped stiffeners. In the Google, the Main Display (7.6 inches) smaller than in Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 (8.03 inches), Vivo X Fold2 (8.03 inches), Huawei Mate X3 (7.85 inches). It is the same size as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 (7.6 inches). The Pixel Fold has a better battery (4821 mAh) compared to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 (4800 mAh), Vivo X Fold2 (4800 mAh), Huawei Mate X3 (4800 mAh), and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 (4400 mAh). Only the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 has four rear cameras, the other foldable phones have three rear cameras. The Google Pixel Fold is another smartphone that features 5G technology. The only phone without 5G is the Huawei Mate X3, which only features 4G technology. All foldable smartphones used different Qualcomm chipset generations. Google used Samsung’s chipset for this device.
