This report presents a PMIC process analysis (PEF) of the Convenient Power CPS4038 Power Management IC, extracted from the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone. The CPS4038 is a wireless power receiver, which receives AC power from a WPC compatible wireless transmitter and provides output power up to 40 W for receiving mode and 10 W for transmitting mode designed as a power supply for a mobile or consumer device charger.
