2023 Infotainment Report: Streaming Makes Great Gains

TechInsights surveyed 5,106 car owners in the United States (1,760), China (1,611), and Western Europe including France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom (1,735) covering their usage of in-car infotainment, including AM/FM radio, streaming media, and SiriusXM (US only). Car owners were also asked about their interest in a range of infotainment features for their next car. Results were compared to those obtained in 2022 and previous years, to analyze and discuss ongoing trends.
